Have you got guts? Get out of your comfort zone this Bowel Cancer Awareness Month and sign up for Rough Runner!

Rough Runner 2019

Rough Runner is an obstacle course challenge, combining distance running with a variety of obstacles along the way, each inspired by game shows such as Total Wipeout. Expect sweeper arms, gym rings, big balls and yes, The Travelator.

There is a choice of a 5km route with 10 obstacles, a 10km route with 15, and a full 20 obstacles on the 15km route.

Each has a range of difficulty levels, with the 5km firmly focused on fun, the 10km upping the ante and the 15km bad-asses taking it to the toughest level.

Why get gutsy this Bowel Cancer Awareness Month?

At Bowel & Cancer Research, we understand that it can take a lot of courage to check out symptoms that may indicate bowel cancer. People put off going to the GP not only because of a possible cancer diagnosis but also because of the current tests.

We fund research to make diagnostics less invasive and embarrassing and treatments kinder. Raise money for research with a gutsy challenge this Bowel Cancer Awareness Month and you will be helping us too.
