When Josh's grandad Bob Bell was diagnosed with bowel cancer, the whole family was sent into a state of shock. Yet despite this horrible news Josh and Bob set about several different fundraising campaigns with great zeal.

Josh ran a very successful bake sale at school, he then abseiled down the Leasowe Lighthouse and Bob even got a tattoo to help with the fundraising efforts!

Despite being our youngest Regional Ambassador, Josh is very enthusiastic about the role. He is passionate about fundraising for research and understands the importance of creating awareness of bowel conditions including bowel cancer.

He even worked with fellow Regional Ambassador Matt Barnes-Smith on a video for Matt's Big Bum-ble event. We look forward to working with working with Josh for many years and seeing how he grows the role, although we are under strict instructions that his work for Bowel & Cancer Research should not interfere with his homework!
