Stephen BustinBA (mod), PhDStephen is Professor of Molecular Science, Institute of Cell and Molecular Science, Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. He graduated in Genetics from the University of Dublin in 1979 and gained his PhD there in Molecular Biology in 1982. He is currently a visiting Professor of Molecular Biology at the University of Middlesex. He is invited to speak at a variety of worldwide conferences and workshops, most recently delivering a keynote lecture at the Genetic Conference at the Wellcome Institute London. He is also active in the organisation of worldwide lectures and workshops in his subject, is a member of several advisory boards and panels, is an expert court witness for the US Government at the MMR vaccine trial and a grant reviewer for Cancer Research UK and Worldwide Cancer Research Fund. He has been involved in the authorship of almost 100 peer reviewed publications, 3 books and 24 book chapters. |
